As our products are made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, fabric texture, and sizing may occur due to different display settings and manufacturing processes. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
  • We accept payments through authorized payment gateways available on our website.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

As many of our products are printed specifically for each customer, returns may be limited.

Returns or replacements may be accepted in cases such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect size sent by us

Returns generally will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor colour differences caused by screen settings
  • Normal variations inherent in the print-on-demand process

Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing yogeshwar78@gmail.com and providing order details along with photographs where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Product images

  • Branding

is owned by or licensed to Maya Store and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
